Site Engineer - Mangaza

 You are responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all project-related activities.
You should have minimum experience of 8 years with the main contractor. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

Site Engineer Key Responsibilities: 

Site Supervision & Execution 
• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are executed according to project 
  plans, drawings, and specifications. 
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely execution of 
  tasks. 
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical solutions to keep 
  the project on schedule. 

  Technical Coordination & Quality Control 
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. 
• Assist in the preparation and review of shop drawings, method statements, and 
  installation procedures. 
• Ensure quality of workmanship by conducting inspections and coordinating with QA/QC 
  teams. 
• Report and follow up on non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions where 
  necessary. 

 Safety & Compliance 
• Ensure all on-site activities comply with HSE regulations, company safety policies, and 
  UAE construction laws. 
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure safe working practices are followed. 
• Assist in risk assessments and site inspections to maintain a safe working environment. 
  Documentation & Reporting 
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, progress reports, and technical 
  documentation. 
• Record site measurements, quantities, and material usage for reporting and cost tracking. 
• Liaise with project management and design teams to communicate site updates, 
  challenges, and solutions. 

  Communication & Collaboration 
• Act as a liaison between site teams, design teams, and project management. 
• Attend site meetings, provide updates on progress, and ensure action items are 
  implemented. 
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials 
  and equipment.
