Foreman – Logistics - Mangaza

As a Foreman – Logistics, you will manage day-to-day logistics operations to support our construction activities. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment to coordinate the receipt, movement, and storage of materials, while ensuring compliance with established safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction site logistics, including material handling, storage, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Assist in site establishment activities and logistics planning.
  • Oversee lifting operations in line with safety protocols and relevant guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform basic documentation for logistics processes.
  • Monitor and report daily progress and material movement on site.
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction logistics or site operations.
  • Familiarity with logistics planning, site establishment, and material handling.
  • Basic understanding of lifting operations and safety protocols.
  • Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Experience in record keeping and basic documentation.
Nice to have requirements
  • Formal training or certification in logistics or construction management.
  • Experience using project management or inventory software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in Abu Dhabi.
  • Basic proficiency in English and/or Arabic.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic site environments and changing requirements.
