Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Engineer Jnr, where you'll play a key role in supporting large construction projects. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating directly with project and site teams to deliver effective logistics solutions that ensure project success and operational safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive site logistics plans tailored to complex construction environments.
• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and site access with a strong emphasis on safety compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external project disciplines to optimize material movement, equipment usage, and workforce deployment.
• Lead on-site logistics teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor logistics activities and maintain detailed records for environmental reporting in line with LEEDs/Estidama standards.
• Support continuous improvement of processes by identifying and implementing innovative logistical solutions.

Must have requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• LEEA Certified AP or higher qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics or site engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in site logistics planning, plant operations management, and safety compliance protocols.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with LEEDs/Estidama frameworks and environmental reporting regulations.

Nice to have requirements

• Experience with advanced logistics management software and technology platforms.
• Civil or mechanical engineering background.
• Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Project experience on major construction or infrastructure developments in the Middle East.
