About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement while working remotely.
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Location: Remote within the UAE
Employment Type: Part-Time (with potential to expand to full-time)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Support lead generation activities through content marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors as needed.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing within the UAE or GCC region.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
