We are looking for a People Person & Operator who can spot talent from a mile away and keep the agency’s heartbeat strong. You will be the bridge between the Founders and the team, ensuring that we hire the best, work efficiently, and actually enjoy the process.

The Mission:
You won’t just "file papers" here. You will be the gatekeeper of our culture and the right hand to the leadership. Your mission is to build the team (Recruitment), keep the team happy (Culture), and help the Founders focus on growth by handling the operational chaos.

What You’ll Actually Do:
  • The Talent Scout: You are the first filter. You will screen CVs, cold-call candidates to assess their "vibe" and communication skills, and arrange interviews with the leadership.
  • Pipeline Builder: You won't just wait for applications. You will actively tie up with institutes and colleges to build a steady pipeline of interns and freshers.
  • Founder’s Office Ops: You will handle miscellaneous, high-priority tasks from the Founders' office. This requires research, coordination, and the ability to get things done without a manual.
  • Chief Fun Officer: You own the vibe. You will organize office parties, birthdays, and team-building events. If the office is quiet, it's your job to fix it.
  • The Watchtower: You will keep an eye on team performance, daily attendance, and discipline to ensure the agency runs like a well-oiled machine.
You Bring:
  • 0-1 Year of Experience / High-Potential Fresher: You might be new, but you are hungry to learn how a business is built.
  • The Gift of Gab: You are not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to anyone—from a nervous intern candidate to a college placement officer.
  • Organizational Ninja: You can manage the Founders' calendars, interview schedules, and office spreadsheets without losing track.
  • High EQ: You understand people. You know how to be firm regarding attendance/performance but fun regarding culture/parties.
