We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is tired of being a cog in a big machine and wants to own the visual identity of high-growth brands.
The Mission:
You won’t just "support" a team here. You will be the visual engine for our clients. You will combine classic design principles with modern AI tools to ship high-quality work at the speed of social media.
What You’ll Actually Do:

Performance Creative: Design high-converting visuals for Meta Ads, LinkedIn carousels, and email campaigns that actually drive revenue.

Brand Identity: Work directly with the Strategy Lead to build and evolve brand identities (Logos, Guidelines, Typography).

Motion & AI: Don't just stick to static. Use AI (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill) to speed up creation and create light motion graphics/GIFs for engagement.

Web & UI: Design clean, responsive banners and landing page assets (Figma knowledge is a win).

Fast-Paced Execution: Manage multiple client mandates without losing your cool or your attention to detail.
You Bring:

2+ Year of Real Experience: You’ve worked in an agency or high-paced environment before. You know what a deadline means.

The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id). Experience with Figma is highly preferred.

The "Plus" Factors: You know how to edit a Reel in CapCut/Premiere or use AI prompts to generate assets.

A "Design for ROI" Mindset: You understand that design is subjective, but data is objective. You design for the end-user, not just for Dribbble.
