Business Development Manager / Marketing Manager - Massar Business Solutions

• Location: Riyadh 
• Experience: 3-4 years in the Saudi market 
• Compensation: Monthly Salary + Commission-based (with potential for performance-linked 
bonuses) 
Requirements:
• Valid Iqama and Saudi driving license 
• Local Transfer or Freelance 
• Strong familiarity with major companies in the Riyadh region 
• Willingness to travel across KSA for client meetings and market development 
• Age below 40 years

 Role Highlights:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and markets.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Represent company Corporation in meetings, events, and embassy-led initiatives 
• Maintain CRM records and contribute to strategic growth plans 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and markets. 
• Generate qualified leads and develop a pipeline of potential projects. 
• Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and 
presentations. 
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
• Track and report on business development activities and progress
• Analyse sales performance and market data to inform future strategies
