Role Overview
As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic office environment in Massar Dubai, operating on a HYBRID basis. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in admin and HR, cultivated within the UAE, to support high-paced construction project teams. If you are based in Ras Al Khaimah and possess strong organisational skills coupled with a thorough understanding of visa requirements, your experience will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office administration and daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Support the management of visa applications and renewals for staff and labour teams.
- Maintain compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and project leaders.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Ensure that all office resources are well-organised and available for operations.
Must have requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and HR functions within the UAE.
- Current residence in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Background in a high-paced construction environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE visa processes and regulations.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
