Floof is a prescription driven veterinary e commerce platform operating within one of the UAE’s largest veterinary ecosystems. We don’t depend on heavy paid acquisition, discounts, or promotion led tactics. Our focus is simple: transform existing clinical intent prescriptions, chronic care needs, and booked services into seamless, ethical, recurring online revenue. This role is designed to take full ownership of that conversion journey from start to finish.
 
This is not a brand, content, growth, or paid media role.
This is a single-threaded ownership role for someone who wants full accountability for online revenue — end to end.
You will own conversion, retention, refills, repeat purchasing, lifecycle automation, and Shopify performance.
You set priorities. You delegate execution. You stay accountable for outcomes.
 
🔹 What You’ll Own
💰 Revenue Ownership
• End-to-end ownership of online revenue
• Refill conversion, repeat purchase rate, AOV, purchase frequency
• Reduce leakage between clinics and online fulfilment
• Measured on results, not activity
 
🧭 Patient Journey Ownership
• Full digital journey post-prescription
• Calm, medically appropriate, frictionless experiences
• Reorder, refill, and continuity flows
• Safe reactivation of dormant patients
 
🛒 Shopify Ownership
• Shopify optimisation and performance
• Reorder flows, checkout speed, UX
• Products, variants, collections, tags, metafields
• Deep operator-level Shopify understanding
(No coding required — but you must know the platform inside out)
 
🔁 Lifecycle Automation & CRM
• Condition-based automation across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email
• Accurate triggers, suppression rules, lifecycle states
• Hands-on collaboration with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, or similar
 
📊 Data & Decision Making
• Daily monitoring of conversion, AOV, repeat frequency
• Diagnose funnel issues across UX, logic, inventory, or data
• Ruthless prioritisation based on revenue impact
 
🤝 Tech & Cross-Functional Work
• Translate commercial needs into clear technical requirements
• Manage developers or agencies without micromanagement
• Coordinate with clinics and operations without disruption
 
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have
• Proven ownership of e-commerce revenue
• Hands-on Shopify experience
• Lifecycle / CRM automation experience
• Strong funnel & lifecycle understanding
• Comfortable operating independently with real constraints

• Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated commerce experience
• WhatsApp or SMS-driven commerce
• Repeat-purchase or subscription-adjacent models
• Experience with lean tech teams
