Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our growing veterinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, communicates with warmth, and remains composed during emotionally sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone

Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments efficiently

Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Educating clients about clinic services, policies, and basic pet care

Maintaining a calm and compassionate demeanor during stressful or emotional moments
Requirements

1–2 years of customer service experience

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
