We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our growing veterinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, communicates with warmth, and remains composed during emotionally sensitive situations.
 
 Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments efficiently
  • Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Educating clients about clinic services, policies, and basic pet care
  • Maintaining a calm and compassionate demeanor during stressful or emotional moments
 
 Requirements
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems
  • Composure in fast‑paced or emotionally sensitive environments
  • Experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare settings is a plus but not required
