Job Brief:We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle the receiving of veterinary medical supplies at our hospitals, branches, and warehouse. The role involves counting, inspecting, and recording deliveries accurately. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers to update inventory systems and track stock efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming veterinary medical supplies.
- Count and verify quantities against delivery notes.
- Update inventory records in the system accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse and hospital staff regarding stock management.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged items.
