We are looking for a highly driven and commercially focused Sales Manager who can build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and reception team within a luxury PT-focused fitness environment.

This role requires someone who understands fitness sales, luxury member experience, team leadership, pre-sales operations, and revenue generation at a serious level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Lead and manage the sales and reception teams across the club
✔️ Work closely with the Club General Manager and Head of Sales to drive revenue growth
✔️ Execute pre-sales and launch strategies to achieve membership targets
✔️ Develop sales systems, scripts, processes, and conversion strategies
✔️ Monitor sales KPIs, team productivity, lead management, and conversion rates
✔️ Ensure the reception team delivers luxury-level customer experience and lead handling
✔️ Train, coach, and develop high-performing sales consultants and front desk staff
✔️ Drive memberships, PT sales, renewals, upgrades, and retention strategies
✔️ Ensure proper CRM usage, lead follow-up, reporting, and database management
✔️ Coordinate with fitness, marketing, and operations teams for campaigns and member engagement
✔️ Build a sales culture focused on accountability, urgency, and execution
✔️ Support community activations, partnerships, corporate outreach, and local networking opportunities

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
✔️ Strong experience in gym membership sales or luxury fitness sales environments
✔️ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
✔️ Experience managing sales and reception teams
✔️ Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies
✔️ Ability to train and motivate teams to perform consistently
✔️ Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
✔️ Commercial mindset with strong revenue-focused thinking
✔️ Experience in pre-sales and gym launch operations is highly preferred
✔️ Tech-savvy mindset with understanding of CRM systems, sales dashboards, automation tools, and digital member journeys through MyPT Connect

 

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
✔️ UAE/GCC fitness industry experience
✔️ Experience in luxury clubs, PT-focused gyms, or premium hospitality sales
✔️ Strong understanding of fitness operations and member lifecycle management
