At MyPT, Personal Training is not an additional service — it is the core of our business.

We are looking for a high-performance Fitness Manager who can build, lead, and manage an elite-level PT department while maintaining luxury service standards across the club.

This role reports directly to the Club General Manager and National Fitness Manager and requires someone with strong operational, commercial, leadership, and people management capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Lead and manage the entire fitness department and PT operations
✔️ Recruit, hire, train, and develop top-tier Personal Trainers
✔️ Build a strong PT culture focused on results, professionalism, retention, and member experience
✔️ Ensure all trainers operate under high-quality MyPT standards and systems
✔️ Drive PT revenue, member engagement, trainer productivity, and retention
✔️ Monitor trainer KPIs, assessments, consultations, sessions, and performance standards
✔️ Work closely with the CGM and National Fitness Manager on fitness strategy and business growth
✔️ Develop trainer education pathways, coaching systems, and operational SOPs
✔️ Ensure all trainers maintain luxury-level presentation, communication, and coaching standards
✔️ Manage fitness floor operations, class quality, member interaction, and departmental discipline
✔️ Coordinate with sales and operations teams to maximize PT conversion and member journey
✔️ Utilize MyPT Connect and digital systems for trainer performance tracking, scheduling, assessments, communication, and member engagement
✔️ Ensure consistency between gym operations, On Demand services, and digital fitness experiences

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
✔️ Strong experience managing high-performing PT teams in premium or luxury fitness environments
✔️ Proven track record in PT sales, coaching, and fitness team leadership
✔️ Ability to identify, recruit, and develop elite fitness talent
✔️ Strong understanding of fitness business operations and member retention strategies
✔️ Leadership and managerial skills similar to senior operational roles within fitness businesses
✔️ Strong communication, reporting, and team management capabilities
✔️ Deep understanding of service standards, trainer discipline, and member satisfaction
✔️ Tech-savvy mindset with strong understanding of fitness apps, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and digital fitness ecosystems
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-accountability environment

 

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
✔️ UAE/GCC fitness industry experience
✔️ Experience in luxury clubs, PT-led gyms, or high-volume personal training environments
✔️ REPs / NASM / ACE / ISSA or equivalent certifications
✔️ Experience handling multi-cultural fitness teams and premium clientele
✔️ Understanding of HYROX, strength & conditioning, recovery, and performance-focused fitness models
