Responsibilities
  • Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level.
  • Develop personalized training programs to meet client goals, including weight loss, strength training, and increased fitness.
  • Deliver 1-on-1 and group training sessions both in-person and via digital platforms.
  • Monitor and record client progress, adjusting programs as necessary to ensure continued progress.
  • Provide nutritional advice and support to clients, complementing their fitness programs.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in fitness trends and health knowledge to provide effective support and guidance.
  • Drive to different locations for in-person sessions as required, exercising flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs.
Requirements for the Role
  • Reps Level 3 qualification or higher in Personal Training.
  • Active involvement in the fitness industry with a strong passion for health and fitness.
  • A valid driving license is preferred.
  • Ability to build and deliver custom fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
