Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily EMS training operations, ensuring a high standard of service for all clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of EMS trainers.
  • Drive membership sales and actively work to achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize client experiences and business performance.
  • Conduct training sessions, provide expert EMS guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainer performance, providing feedback and ongoing professional development.
  • Coordinate with management to facilitate smooth studio operations and efficient scheduling.
Requirements for the Role
  • Certified EMS Trainer with proven credentials and hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated team leadership in a fitness or related environment.
  • Strong sales acumen and track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent client management and operational management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced gym/studio setting.
