We’re opening a premium gym at Mazyad Mall, and the cafeteria & juice bar will be a major part of the member experience. This is not just a counter job — we’re looking for someone who can run it like a business inside the business.
Role: Cafeteria & Juice Bar Supervisor
You will be fully responsible for managing and growing the café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafeteria and juice bar operations
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
- Monitor product quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Supervise and train café staff
- Drive sales and upsell healthy products
- Control wastage and maintain profitability
- Ensure smooth POS operations and daily sales reporting
- Create and introduce new menu ideas aligned with a fitness-focused environment
- We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven experience managing a café, juice bar, or F&B outlet
- Understands stock management and cost control
- Is strong in leadership and team supervision
- Is sales-driven and customer-focused
- Can take ownership — not wait for instructions
- Understands the fitness market (big advantage)
