We are looking for a proven fitness leader who can manage large teams, scale operations, build winning PT departments, and lead fitness performance across the region.

💼 Position: Head of Fitness / National Fitness Manager

 

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
✔️ Handle multiple Fitness Managers, Head Coaches, and Personal Trainers across the region
✔️ Lead both gym operations and On Demand fitness teams
✔️ Recruit, identify, and develop top PT talent
✔️ Train and mentor trainers into high-performing fitness professionals
✔️ Build a strong PT culture focused on results, service, retention, and revenue
✔️ Monitor performance, KPIs, productivity, and standards across all locations
✔️ Create systems, training pathways, assessments, and operational structures
✔️ Lead from the front and build disciplined, accountable teams
✔️ Scale fitness operations while maintaining luxury-level service standards
✔️ Understand fitness technology, apps, CRM systems, trainer dashboards, and digital fitness ecosystems
✔️ Work closely with the app and tech teams to improve trainer performance, member engagement, and digital fitness experiences

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:
✔️ Strong experience managing large fitness teams in premium or luxury fitness brands
✔️ Proven background in Personal Training sales and high PT performance environments
✔️ Experience handling multi-location fitness operations
✔️ Strong leadership and managerial experience in a similar senior role
✔️ Ability to hire, train, coach, and retain elite-level trainers
✔️ Commercial understanding of fitness business growth and member experience
✔️ Tech-savvy mindset with understanding of fitness apps, digital systems, CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking tools
✔️ Strong operational, communication, and team management skills
✔️ A results-driven mindset with the ability to build successful teams from the ground up

 

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
✔️ UAE/GCC fitness industry experience
✔️ Experience in luxury clubs, big box gyms, or large PT-driven fitness companies
✔️ REPs / NASM / ACE / ISSA or equivalent certifications
✔️ Experience handling high-volume PT teams and fitness managers
