Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced procurement manager to join our team. As part of our organization in Riyadh, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with local and international teams to streamline purchasing processes. The role of procurement manager involves overseeing sourcing strategies, building supplier relationships, and ensuring optimal procurement practices to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future requirements.
- Establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential procurement opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure integrated procurement operations.
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a procurement manager or in a similar role, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
