Zoho Systems Administrator / Business Support – Dubai

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Zoho Systems Administrator / Business Support professionalwho will ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and continually improving.
This is not just an administration role. We are looking for someone who thinks lean, simplifies how things work, removes inefficiencies, and helps the business operate at a higher level.
The Role
You will manage, customise, and support the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Analytics and related tools) to ensure smooth operations, high-quality data, and systems that truly support the business.
You will act as the bridge between technology and the team, helping translate business needs into simple, scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage users, roles, permissions, and system security

Customise layouts, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations

Build and maintain dashboards and reports (SQL or financial analysis background is advantageous)

Integrate Zoho with other platforms using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity

Provide user support, training, and clear documentation

Manage system updates, improvements, and deployments
-
Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve workflows in line with lean business principles

Ensure solutions remain simple, scalable, and operationally effective
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in Zoho administration or similar CRM/ERP systems

Strong understanding of Zoho modules, including CRM, Creator, and Analytics
-
Experience with scripting or low-code tools (Deluge, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks)

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to systems

Strong research skills and ability to independently solve problems

Good communication skills and confidence working with non-technical teams
