Management Accountant - Oryx Door Systems LLC

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team in the UAE. The successful candidate reports to the Finance Manager and should have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a dynamic environment, contributing to financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Assist the Finance Manager in preparing accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
•    Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with department heads.
•    Perform variance analysis, identifying and investigating deviations from budget and prior periods.
•    Perform Job profitability analysis, identify causes for variances and work with the relevant team to identify solutions.
•    Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
•    Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
•    Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary supporting documentation during audits.
•    Inventory management and control.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.
•    Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT return filings.
•    Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•    Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management accounting or similar finance role.
•    Prior experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region is strongly preferred.
•    Candidates pursuing professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent), preferred.
•    Solid understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
•    Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements.
•    Experience in Xero/Quickbooks accounting software preferred
•    Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS etc)
