Supply Chain Executive

Overview:

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. You will work to streamline operations, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain stock levels that support Paus Wellness' ongoing operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, managing suppliers, and ensuring products arrive on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock
Oversee the movement of goods and materials within the company to ensure seamless operations across departments
Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Track orders from suppliers and vendors, addressing any issues with delays or shortages
Maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of products and services
Prepare reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics for management review
Collaborate with other departments, including operations and finance, to support business objectives
Manage supply chain documentation and compliance with relevant regulations
