Ecosystem & Partnerships Lead - Penny Software

At Penny Software, we are hiring a leader for Penny Community, a B2B ecosystem connecting enterprise buyers, suppliers, fintech providers, and financial institutions into one trusted network.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, someone who enjoys building from zero and is willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.
This is not a corporate or purely relationship role.

🔹 What You Will Do (Hands-On)
  • Personally identify, approach, and onboard partners, including:
    • Enterprise customers
    • Suppliers and manufacturers
    • Fintechs, payment providers, and financial institutions
  • Lead partner discussions, pilots, and early activations yourself
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to convert partnerships into real usage
  • Design simple, practical partnership models and activation playbooks
  • Track partner engagement and ecosystem impact
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate to grow the community
🔹 Who We Are Looking For
  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, fintech, B2B platforms, SaaS, or startups
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mentality comfortable with ambiguity, limited structure, and building from scratch
  • Hands-on executor
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to turn relationships into outcomes
Experience in the Saudi market is essential
