Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Support administrative duties as needed within the customer service department.
Must have requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic or Russian and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Nice to have requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Previous work experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Basic knowledge of other languages commonly spoken in the region.
