Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Deliver accurate reporting and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and overall data efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
