Role Overview
As a commis, you will support our culinary team by assisting in the preparation and presentation of premium steakhouse dishes. As part of our team in Saudi Arabia, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and plating steakhouse menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas and equipment.
  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the kitchen.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies.
  • Actively participate in daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support stock inventory management and assist in receiving goods.
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a steakhouse environment.
  • Hospitality certification from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene, preparation, and safety standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to join immediately.
  • Valid Iqama.
