This Key Account Executive position is for our Wholesale Division, a segment within SARA Group dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our valued clients while fostering strong partnerships.
What You'll Do:
· Acquire new Tredex Partners, comprising of full showrooms with signboards.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and
exceeded.
· Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every Partner interaction is authentic and tailored to
their requirements.
· Support Tredex partners to increase their sell-out
· Manage daily and weekly reports to track client interactions and identify opportunities for growth.
· Present and sell company products and services to Tredex Partners with enthusiasm and professionalism.
· Prepare action plans and schedules to engage with Tredex Partners regularly and strengthen relationship.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities, nurturing relationships to enhance client loyalty.
· Develop presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with client expectations and company standards.
· Support in managing the stock and prices of the division by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
· Ensure smooth account management through quality checks and follow-up communications.
· Identify and resolve client concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
· Manage Tredex Partners merchandizing and proper display.
· Provide Training to Tredex partner teams.
· Prepare status reports on Partner interactions, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
· Contribute to special initiatives and promotions to optimize inventory and enhance Partner engagement including marketing needs in coordination with internal team.
· Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products, ensuring timely and efficient service.
· Lead on negotiations of agreement between client & SARA following internal policies.

What We're Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable institution.
· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with clients.
· 2+ years of experience in sales or a fresh graduate with a passion for driving business growth.
· A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm to excel in a fast-paced environment.
