We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive – Hospitality to join our team. This role is dedicated to serving the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality projects, by delivering high-quality OS&E products and building long-term client partnerships.
 
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in selling OS&E products or, at a minimum, a strong understanding of OS&E sales and project workflows. A proactive, strong sense of ownership, and a genuine drive for growth and performance are essential to succeed in this role.
   
What You'll Do:
·       Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality developers.
·       Identify and acquire new hospitality accounts through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
·       Present and sell SARA Group’s products and solutions with enthusiasm, clearly communicating features, benefits, and value propositions.
·       Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
·       Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tenders in line with client requirements and company standards.
·       Follow up on leads and referrals generated from field activities, nurturing relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
·       Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
·       Support hospitality clients during project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction levels.
·       Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
·       Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
·       Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and reports.
·       Participate in exhibitions, site meetings, and industry events related to the hospitality sector.
·       Lead negotiations with clients in line with SARA Group’s internal policies.

What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within hospitality, OS&E, or project-based environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
