This Guest Relations Executive position is part of our Customer Experience team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for every guest and visitor. As the first point of contact, you will embody our values by ensuring a warm welcome, professional assistance, and a seamless experience that reflects the SARA brand.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests and customers with professionalism and warmth
- Provide accurate information and assistance to meet guest needs
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and effectively
- Support sales team in the sales process
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and suggest improvements
- Represent the company’s values and image in all interactions

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
