The Talent Rewards Executive plays a key role in supporting compensation, benefits, and core HR operations across our Lebanon operations, while coordinating closely with GCC teams. Based in Beirut, this role ensures accurate records, smooth execution of reward-related processes, and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the Talent Rewards Manager and internal stakeholders to keep HR operations running efficiently, compliantly, and on time.
