The Specification Executive position sits at the heart of our project and specification efforts. As a front-facing brand ambassador, you’ll be responsible for creating strong relationships in the design and construction world—ensuring our products are specified with confidence across leading regional projects.
What You’ll Do

Engage directly with architects, interior designers, consultants, and developers to promote and specify SARA Group’s product portfolio

Conduct client presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and site visits

Develop strong professional relationships to generate leads and uncover project opportunities

Work closely with the internal Technical Designer to prepare customized specification packages and proposals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, trends, and competitor activities

Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions

Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and client experience
What You Should Bring

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Based in Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE driving license and own car

Background in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus

Prior experience in specifications, especially in sanitary ware or related industries, is highly preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Familiarity with Adobe tools like Photoshop and Acrobat is an advantage
