The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing our brand experiences to life across events, retail, and physical brand touchpoints in the UAE. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role responsible for managing end-to-end marketing production, working directly with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring every execution meets brand, quality, and budget expectations. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and retail teams to translate ideas into tangible, high-quality outputs.
What You’ll Do
Production & Execution

Manage end-to-end production of marketing collaterals including event setups, retail materials, visual merchandising elements, POSM, signage, displays, props, giveaways, and brand assets.

Oversee production for events, activations, exhibitions, pop-ups, launches, and retail rollouts.

Translate creative briefs and layouts into clear production plans, specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
Supplier & Vendor Management

Source, negotiate, and manage direct suppliers and production vendors such as printers, fabricators, carpenters, AV suppliers, and signage and décor partners.

Obtain and compare quotations, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.

Review samples, mockups, and pre-production proofs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Build and maintain a reliable supplier network across multiple production categories.
Retail & On-Ground Support

Support marketing and retail teams with in-store executions and rollouts.

Coordinate production, delivery, and installation of displays, VM elements, and activation areas.

Ensure consistent visual execution across stores and brand touchpoints.
Graphic Design & Creative Support

Support the creative team by reviewing layouts and artworks from a production feasibility perspective.

Ensure designs are production-ready and achievable within timelines and budgets.

Make minor design adaptations when required for production purposes.

Maintain brand consistency across all printed and produced materials.
On-Ground Coordination

Be present during setups, installations, events, and dismantling.

Coordinate logistics, timelines, and on-site teams.

Ensure executions meet brand standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, creative, retail, sales, and operations teams.

Support campaign launches with timely, accurate, and high-quality production deliverables.
What You Should Bring
-
3–6 years of experience in marketing production, events production, retail marketing, or visual merchandising.

Strong experience within a retail environment is highly preferred.

Proven experience working directly with suppliers and production vendors.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar.

Solid understanding of printing processes, materials, fabrication methods, and finishes.

Strong organizational skills with excellent execution and follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Experience working in the UAE is a plus.
