This Product Coordinator role is part of our Product Team in Lebanon, supporting the Buying & Merchandising function. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth product launches, accurate vendor coordination, and efficient data management across multiple brands and markets — contributing directly to brand performance and commercial success.
 
What You’ll Do
· Maintain consistent communication with vendors, ensuring all product, pricing, and order details are accurate and up to date.
· Manage product data and assets, including specifications, pricing sheets, and imagery, across internal systems.
· Ensure vendor compliance with product coding, packaging, and labeling requirements.
· Collaborate with procurement to validate orders and pricing, ensuring accurate placement and follow-up.
· Partner with the E-commerce, Marketing, and L&D teams to ensure all product listings, specifications, and visuals are accurate and aligned across regions.
· Develop and update training materials for new product launches, supporting the sales team across markets.
· Maintain product master data — including categories, series, brands, and pricing — ensuring accuracy across systems.
· Support the preparation of brand performance reports, depletion summaries, and sales analyses (monthly, quarterly, and YTD).
· Coordinate product orders, delivery follow-up, warehouse communication, and invoice reconciliation.
· Gather 360° feedback from stores on product performance and share insights with product managers for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
· A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, buying, or merchandising.
· Strong reporting and Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems (AX, Dynamics 365) and e-commerce CMS is preferred.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
· A proactive, detail-driven personality eager to grow into a full Product Executive role.
