The E-Commerce Dispatcher position is for our E-Commerce Operations team, a fast-paced function within SARA Group responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, efficient dispatch operations, and exceptional delivery experiences for our customers.
What You'll Do:
· Coordinate daily dispatch operations for e-commerce orders with accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
· Monitor real-time delivery progress and proactively resolve logistical or operational issues.
· Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, logistics partners, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch logs, shipment records, delivery reports, and operational documentation.
· Optimize delivery schedules and routes based on order priorities, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
· Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
· Respond promptly to shipment inquiries and delivery updates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and suggesting process enhancements.
· Maintain organized tracking systems to ensure visibility and accuracy across all delivery operations.

What We're Looking For:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce dispatching, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.
· Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP platforms, or logistics tracking systems.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
· Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive operational excellence.
