Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer specializing in Fire, Security, and AV solutions. The role involves performing day-to-day sales tasks including finding new clients, preparing, and submitting proposals, closing deals, and following up on Projects Opportunities, POs, and payments to ensure client satisfaction and secure future business.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication and negotiation skills, bringing a proven track record in the Fire, Security, and AV sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for introducing the company’s products/solutions to customers.
- Get new inquiries, contracts, and bids from customers.
- Perform the assigned duties per the set policies and procedures to achieve the Sales department goals.
- Execute and promote company marketing strategy, new products/solutions, and company policies.
- Maintain and establish new businesses from existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct effective and regular meetings to provide feedback and measure customer satisfaction
- Conduct meetings for potential clients to explain the services and offers provided by the company.
- Actively promote and sell comprehensive fire alarm systems and full fire safety solutions, including products from key brands such as Simplex, Kidde, Notifier, and Siemens...
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to develop comprehensive proposals and project plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent related field.
- Proven 3-5years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the fire alarm industry.
- Experienced in Low current Solutions (Audiovisual, Fire Alarm, Security, etc...)
- Have a combination of technical knowledge and sales ability.
