We are now introducing a pivotal new role of Brand Manager to unify and strengthen our global brand presence and positioning.
Role Overview:
This newly created role is central to STARTRADER’s mission of delivering a premium and consistent brand experience across all markets, platforms, and communications. You will own the STARTRADER brand identity, tone of voice, and creative standards ensuring alignment across website, social, advertising, partner channels, and more.
The focus is on brand strategy, creative execution, content alignment, and cross-channel consistency, with the goal of building long-term brand equity, trust, and recognition in both retail and institutional trading spaces. You’ll manage both day-to-day branding operations and long-term brand evolution while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Regional Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Strategy
- Lead the evolution and execution of STARTRADER’s brand identity, messaging pillars, and visual guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality of branding across all touchpoints digital, print, partner, and experiential.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with global business goals and regional market needs.
- Monitor and improve brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, trust, recall) across key markets.
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in current brand usage and lead efforts to unify brand representation.
Creative Direction & Content Oversight
- Oversee the production of branded materials, including website visuals, presentations, brochures, ad creatives, and videos.
- Maintain a high standard of visual and verbal communication across platforms (web, social, email, product UI).
- Collaborate with internal designers, creative agencies, and freelancers to bring brand campaigns to life.
- Guide the creative direction for major launches, seasonal campaigns, and global initiatives.
- Partner with content marketing, PR, and advertising teams to ensure consistent tone and messaging.
Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships- Identify, evaluate, and manage sponsorship opportunities (e.g. industry events, sports partnerships, financial expos) aligned with STARTRADER’s brand positioning and target markets.
- Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to manage contracts, asset delivery, and brand exposure.
Ensure all sponsorships deliver measurable brand value, visibility, and alignment with company goals.
- Work with PR and content teams to amplify sponsorship initiatives across digital and offline platforms.
- Track sponsorship ROI and contribute insights for future partnership planning.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Brand Image
- Support the development and communication of CSR initiatives that reflect STARTRADER’s values and commitment to responsible business.
- Integrate CSR activities into the brand narrative to enhance public goodwill and long-term brand trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on community-driven campaigns and cause-related marketing.
- Ensure CSR efforts are visible across key brand channels (website, social media, press releases, etc.).
Brand Reputation & Crisis Communication
- Work closely with the PR team to safeguard STARTRADER’s brand reputation across markets and platforms.
- Monitor social sentiment and media exposure to detect potential risks or reputational threats.
- Liaise with PR and Compliance teams to assess reputational risks and shape public responses.
- Ensure timely, transparent, and brand-consistent communication during public incidents or crises.
- Participate in post-crisis reviews to refine brand risk mitigation strategies and communication protocols.
- Leverage public feedback to enhance future brand messaging and audience trust.

Required Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in brand management or marketing, in the FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in design and project tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms
