Job Title: Vietnam Marketing Strategy Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Vietnam Marketing Strategy Manager to lead our localized marketing initiatives and ensure seamless integration with global campaigns. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and user engagement in the Vietnamese market.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Vietnamese digital and cultural landscape and must be fluent in English to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local Execution of Global Strategies:
Implement and adapt global marketing strategies to suit the Vietnam market while maintaining alignment with overall brand direction and KPIs.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and manage end-to-end local campaigns covering digital, offline, and partnership marketing.
- Social Media Management:
Manage and grow local social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with culturally relevant content that resonates with the Vietnamese audience.
- PR & Brand Reputation:
Build strong relationships with local media and PR agencies to amplify brand presence and reinforce our positioning as a trusted financial brand.
- Events & Activations:
Organize and execute offline and online events, including seminars, webinars, expos, and community-building initiatives.
- Website Localization & SEO:
Collaborate with internal teams to localize content and enhance search engine visibility in Vietnam.
- Local Insights & Market Research:
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and user feedback to provide strategic recommendations to the global team.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with global marketing, design, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role, including at least 2 years in strategic planning and execution in the Vietnamese market.
- Experience in fintech, forex, crypto, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written) — strong communication skills are essential for daily coordination with global teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
