Responsibilities:
Organic Social Media
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement an organic social media strategy aligned with business goals to grow online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, WhatsApp, etc.).
2. Content Management
Oversee the content calendar including planning, creation, curation, and scheduling. Ensure posts are visually appealing, engaging, and trend-aware.
3. Community Engagement
Lead community building through active engagement, timely responses, and interactive initiatives to foster brand loyalty and user retention. (Excludes customer service duties.)
4. Trend Monitoring & Real-Time Content
Create culturally relevant and real-time content by keeping up with social trends, current events, and viral conversations.
5. Online Seminars & Webinars
Coordinate the promotion of educational webinars and events across organic channels, collaborating with event and content teams.
6. Influencer Collaboration
Identify and partner with relevant influencers to extend organic reach and build brand credibility in the market.
7. Audience Research & Persona Development
Conduct audience analysis and persona refinement to ensure tailored content resonates with target segments.
8. Performance & KPI Tracking
Set and monitor KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, retention, etc.) and optimize strategies based on results.
Paid Social Media Advertising
1. Paid Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
2. Funnel Strategy & Optimization
Design a full-funnel marketing approach (awareness → engagement → conversion), define clear optimization goals for each stage, and iterate for continuous improvement.
3. Budget Ownership
Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track paid campaign performance using relevant tools, analyze data, generate actionable insights, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
5. Competitor Benchmarking
Stay updated on competitors’ paid campaign strategies and market trends to ensure our advertising remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, ideally in both organic and paid channels within the forex or financial sector.
- Fluency in at least one MENA or EU language, with strong communication skills in others.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, both organic best practices and paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Strong creative and analytical mindset, with experience in KPI tracking, A/B testing, and persona building.
- Familiarity with working alongside content creators, designers, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
