Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior CFD/FX Sales to join our dynamic team in the Mena region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fast-paced Forex brokerage industry. This position requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of financial markets and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, and partners in the Mena region to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to advise on improvements and opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing solutions and addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Provide clients with market insights, trading tools, and educational materials to enhance their trading experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that support business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the Forex and derivatives financial market.
- Proven track record of successful business development or account manager in the Mena market.
- Strong understanding of Forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
- Having a strong network of contacts or a well-established client portfolio in key industries is highly advantageous and can significantly contribute to success in this role
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, leadership skills.
- Skilled in collaborating effectively within a team environment and maintaining performance under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and trading platforms is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
- Fluency in Arabic is a MUST and English is an advantage.
