ST08 - Account Manager/BDM - STARTRADER

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales/account manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fast-paced forex and financial markets industry. This role requires a proactive professional with deep industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients and partners, including retail and institutional traders, to expand our global market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely solutions and exceptional client support.
  • Provide clients with market insights, trading tools, and educational resources to enhance their trading experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful business development materials and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand strategic connections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the forex, or financial markets industry.
  • Strong understanding of trading products, liquidity solutions, and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for client management and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader) and liquidity management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to track sales performance and optimize strategies.
  • Existing network or established client portfolio in key industries is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed to expand business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
