Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who will focus primarily on static creative production for marketing campaigns and brand communication activities.
In this role, you will create visually compelling and conversion-focused creatives across multiple digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ad creatives, landing page visuals, infographics, and campaign key visuals.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to develop high-impact visuals that strengthen brand presence and support campaign performance.
The ideal candidate has strong visual aesthetics, understands digital marketing trends, keeps up with internet culture, and can efficiently deliver high-quality creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create eye-catching static graphics, banners, campaign visuals, landing page assets, email visuals, and digital advertisements.
- Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging social media content aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Produce infographics and educational visuals that simplify complex financial or trading-related information.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, colours, and overall brand identity across all visual materials.
Branding & Creative Support
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Social Media teams to support campaign execution and brand communication.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
- Support the development and maintenance of STARTRADER’s visual identity across different channels.
- Adapt designs for different formats, dimensions, and audience segments when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, internet culture, and evolving digital design styles.
Workflow & Project Management
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Organize and maintain creative assets and working files efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing environments.
- Experience working with finance, trading, lifestyle, or digital brands is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, advertising campaigns, branding projects, or digital marketing visuals.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create performance-driven creatives optimized for engagement and conversion.
Must-Have AI Capabilities (Core Requirements)
- You should be able to demonstrate, in your portfolio or in interview, hands-on production work with:
- Image generation: Midjourney (V6+), Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion / SDXL, or comparable.
- AI inside core design tools: Photoshop Generative Fill and Generative Expand, Illustrator Generative Recolour, Canva AI / Magic Studio.
- LLM-assisted ideation and copy: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — for briefs, moodboards, headline variants, and creative direction.
- Prompt engineering — you can describe what you want to a model and iterate to a usable result, not just press the button.
- Comfort building creative variations at scale — for example, 50+ ad variants for an A/B testing sprint without quality drop-off.
Creative & Communication Skills
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and branding.
- Up-to-date with internet culture, social media trends, and digital content styles.
- Able to produce multiple creative variations quickly with fast turnaround times.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
Portfolio Requirement

- Projects involving AI-assisted design tools are a plus
- Links to portfolios, Behance, Dribbble, or other design showcases
