Position: Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, industry events, online marketing, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Be the driving force behind our client acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
- Leverage deep expertise in financial markets to develop trust-based relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, ensuring revenue growth and customer acquisition goals are met.
- Showcase our capabilities at regional seminars and exhibitions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively educate clients and answer questions.
- Achieving sales targets by promoting and introducing products, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions accurately.
Skills and Abilities
- Established network of Introducing Broker (IB) relationships (a distinct advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Profound understanding of sales, trading, stock indices, equities, and CFDs
Requirements
- Diploma or associate diploma in business admin, finance, accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and a business proficient secondary language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Japanese)
- Strong self-motivation, relationship-building skills, and a relentless drive to succeed
