We're growing fast, and we’re now hiring a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our
marketing function, drive high-quality inbound demand, and help us reach our next stage of
scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own all things marketing; from performance to
brand, campaigns to content. You’ll work closely with our founders and sales leadership to build
a predictable marketing engine that generates qualified leads and positions Strive as the trusted
partner for entrepreneurs worldwide.
You'll also help refine and communicate what makes us different: we’re real business people,
not just sales agents.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and own Strive’s end-to-end marketing strategy, with a focus on demand
generation and performance marketing
- Manage and optimise paid digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for lead volume and
cost per acquisition
Build and execute lead nurturing journeys and marketing automation using HubSpot or
similar
- Collaborate with sales to create landing pages, sales collateral, and content that
converts
- Own the brand’s voice and messaging across website, social, email, and ads
- Analyse marketing performance and continuously test, learn, and scale what works
- Hire and manage freelancers and future team members as needed (designers,
copywriters, etc.)
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years in growth or digital marketing roles, ideally in a fast-moving B2B or startup
environment
- Deep knowledge of paid performance marketing and how to generate high-quality
inbound leads
- Strong understanding of funnels, CAC, LTV, and marketing attribution
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, and analytics tools
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you’re comfortable building as
you scale
- Experience working remotely and collaborating across time zones
Bonus points if you’ve worked in company formation, finance, SaaS, or with an audience of
entrepreneurs.
