Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Client Experience
  • Deliver a personalized, premium shopping experience to every client
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell luxury items while maintaining brand integrity
  • Product Knowledge & Authentication
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands (e.g., Hermès, Chanel, Rolex, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, etc.)
  • Accurately explain product condition, grading, and provenance
  • Support authentication and quality checks of pre-owned items (training provided if needed)
  • Inventory & Store Operations
  • Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, and merchandising pre-owned luxury items
  • Ensure products are displayed according to luxury retail standards
  • Support inventory counts, stock organization, and loss prevention
  • Customer Trust & Transparency
  • Clearly communicate return policies, warranties, and resale conditions
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and discreetly
  • Maintain confidentiality and trust with clients and consignors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or premium customer service
  • Strong passion for luxury fashion, watches, and accessories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a client-centric mindset
  • High attention to detail and product presentation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with pre-owned or resale luxury markets
  • Knowledge of authentication standards
  • CRM or POS system experience
  • Multilingual (Arabic, English, French is a plus)
