Product Knowledge & Authentication

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands (e.g., Hermès, Chanel, Rolex, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, etc.)

Accurately explain product condition, grading, and provenance

Support authentication and quality checks of pre-owned items (training provided if needed)

Inventory & Store Operations

Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, and merchandising pre-owned luxury items

Ensure products are displayed according to luxury retail standards

Support inventory counts, stock organization, and loss prevention

Customer Trust & Transparency
-
Clearly communicate return policies, warranties, and resale conditions

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and discreetly

Maintain confidentiality and trust with clients and consignors

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or premium customer service

Strong passion for luxury fashion, watches, and accessories

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven with a client-centric mindset

High attention to detail and product presentation

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with pre-owned or resale luxury markets

Knowledge of authentication standards

CRM or POS system experience

Multilingual (Arabic, English, French is a plus)
