About the role
This role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for implementing, the financial- related activities of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations – Multiple currency
- Regularizing the reconciling items by posting necessary journal entries
- Assisting with weekly cash reports and quarterly cash flow forecasting
- Reconciliation of intercompany trade balances monthly
- General ledger activities like accruals, prepayments, cost transfer etc.
- Assist with quarterly intercompany reconciliations
- Collating documentation to support intercompany recharging
- Ad hoc tasks including producing reports
Requirements:
- The candidate must have bank reconciliation, intercompany & General Ledger
experience.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use
and set-up of Pivot tables.
- Good Accounting skills
- Good English skills – written and verbal communication.
Strong reconciliation skills.
- Experience of an accounting software package
Good working knowledge of Tally ERP accounting software
