About the Role
As an HR & Office Assistant at TPConnects, you will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of our Warsaw office and strengthening our internal culture and external presence.
 
This role goes beyond traditional administration — you will be at the center of organizing team events, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring our office is a place where people enjoy working and connecting. From internal celebrations to external meetups and conferences, you will help bring our culture to life.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and co-organize internal and external events such as celebrations, conferences, and industry gatherings.
  • Collaborate with team members to strengthen employer branding initiatives.
  • Create a welcoming, engaging, and well-functioning office environment.
  • Coordinate office-related initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Manage cooperation with vendors, venues, and event suppliers.
  • Assist in internal communication related to events, initiatives, and office life.
  • Encourage participation and help build an inclusive, connected workplace culture.
  • Bring new ideas for improving engagement, office atmosphere, and team experience.
  • Provide administrative support across office operations, events, and employee experience initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)
  • Ability to design engaging experiences with a strong focus on people and workplace culture.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a “get things done” mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a high level of ownership and initiative.
