Summary
As a Product Marketing Manager, you need to be passionate about telling the product’s story to the market. You need to understand the product’s value proposition, the customer personas and turn this information into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal audiences. Collaboration with product, sales, marketing, engineering and other teams will be key to your success.
You should have previously worked in the airline or air travel domain and have an excellent understanding of the airline business related to distribution, pricing, sales and servicing. Alongside, you understand the associated (travel seller) technology ecosystem. You must have strong communication skills that will allow you to clearly articulate the product proposition to your customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth, using all marketing channels.

Conduct market research (primary and secondary) and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to position product features, benefits, and target audiences.

Create compelling product messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition to customers, including the development of case studies, videos and blog posts.

Work closely with the sales & product teams to write and create sales tools, presentations, training materials, and support ongoing sales efforts.

Lead the development of Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new products or major feature releases.

Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive deeper product adoption and utilization.

Stay updated on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt and refine product marketing strategies accordingly.

Build a lifecycle program that spans the 360-customer journey and incorporates upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Skills and competencies:

4-5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, specifically in the air travel distribution and aggregation space.

Need to understand PSS, GDS, Order and Offers, NDC travel landscape.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work effectively & collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Understanding of the business environment and company business drivers.

Involvement in competitive intelligence programs for technical products.

Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams for pipeline and revenue generation.

Familiarity with CRM, ABM, sales intelligence toolsandusage of Agentic AI.
