Position: Procurement Lead

Salary Range: PHP 40,000-45,000 

About the Role 
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to manage purchasing, supply 
planning, inventory, and supplier coordination. This role ensures products are available on 
time, inventory is well-managed, and procurement processes are efficient and cost
effective. 

The ideal candidate has strong experience in procurement, planning, and supplier 
negotiations, and can work closely with different teams to improve operations. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Handle purchasing and procurement activities  
• Manage demand planning and inventory replenishment  
• Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory  
• Coordinate freight and inbound deliveries  
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers  
• Improve procurement processes, systems, and reports  
• Support supplier system integrations such as EDI/API  
• Work closely with product, sales, finance, logistics, and operations teams  

Qualifications 
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply planning  
• Experience in demand planning, MRP, and inventory management  
• Strong supplier negotiation and communication skills  
• Knowledge of freight and supply coordination  
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems  
• EDI/API knowledge is an advantage  
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills  
• Experience in procurement or supply-driven industries preferred
