Role Overview
Join our growing team as a Sales and Development Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new leads. As part of our team in Ortigas, Pasig, you'll work in a REMOTE environment that encourages proactivity and high performance. You will use your expertise in outreach and engagement to generate a robust sales pipeline and schedule key appointments for our sales team.
 
Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Qualify prospects and assess their suitability for our solutions.
  • Utilize lead generation tools such as Apollo and Lusha effectively.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to drive successful conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activities within our CRM.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Must have requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and lead generation roles.
  • Demonstrable experience with Apollo and Lusha tools for prospecting.
  • Proven track record of successful appointment scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
