Position: Business Insights Analyst

About the Role 
We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to create and manage reports and 
dashboards that help the business make better decisions. This role will analyze data from 
different systems, identify trends, and provide useful insights to improve sales, operations, 
and overall business performance. 

The ideal candidate should have experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 
CRM, and ERP systems like Prophet 21 (P21). Strong analytical and communication skills 
are also important. 

Key Responsibilities 
Reporting & Dashboards 
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales, inventory, 
customer activity, and financial performance.  
• Manage the full reporting process, from gathering requirements to maintaining 
reports.  
• Ensure reports are accurate, updated, and easy to understand.  
• Maintain report schedules, data connections, and version control.  
Data Management & Microsoft Fabric 
• Build and manage data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.  
• Combine data from ERP, CRM, and other systems into one reporting environment.  
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance standards.  
• Work with IT and data teams to improve data integration and structure.  

ERP & CRM Analysis 
• Analyze data from Prophet 21 (P21) related to orders, purchasing, inventory, and 
pricing.  
• Create reports from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for sales pipelines, customer 
activity, and account performance.  
• Ensure CRM and ERP data are aligned for accurate reporting.  

Business Insights 
• Analyze trends, patterns, and risks in business data.  
• Provide regular business insight reports to management.  
• Identify issues early, such as declining sales or inventory risks.  
• Support forecasting, trend analysis, and business planning.  

Stakeholder Support 
• Work closely with sales, finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand 
reporting needs.  
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
• Help improve data literacy by creating user-friendly reports and documentation.  

Required Qualifications 
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related roles.  
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.  
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM reporting.  
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.  
• Ability to turn complex data into simple business insights.  
• Good communication and presentation skills.  

Preferred Qualifications 
• Experience supporting European or multi-country operations.  
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services and Microsoft Purview.  
• Experience with forecasting or predictive analytics.  
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale industries.  
• Familiarity with Power Automate.
