Role Purpose 
 
Gulf Multi Sport is building a talent pool of detail-oriented and participant-focused professionals to support current and future sports events, with a focus on event registration and participant experience. These roles are designed to connect with individuals who are interested in contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of registration processes for endurance and multisport events across the UAE, including aquathlons, marathons, triathlons, cycling, running, and duathlons.
Successful candidates may support a range of registration functions depending on evolving business needs, including participant onboarding, data management, race pack coordination, enquiry handling, and on-site registration delivery. The purpose of this talent pool is to identify individuals who are highly accurate, service-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments while upholding Gulf Multi Sport's standards of excellence in participant experience and registration efficiency.
 
Potential Responsibilities 
 
Responsibilities may vary depending on the role and project requirements, but could include:
  • Supporting the planning and execution of participant registration for endurance and multisport events.
  • Managing participant data, entry lists, and registration systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinating race pack preparation and distribution, including bibs, timing chips, and athlete materials.
  • Managing on-site registration desks and check-in processes during event days to ensure smooth athlete flow.
  • Responding to participant enquiries pre-, during, and post-event in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring registration platforms and flagging issues with entries, payments, or participant eligibility.
  • Supporting category and wave management, ensuring accurate athlete assignments and start list integrity.
  • Troubleshooting registration challenges in real-time during events to minimise disruption to participants.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure registration data integrates seamlessly with timing, results, and operations.
Requirements 
  • Experience or strong interest in event registration, participant services, or sports event administration.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, particularly during live event registration windows.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
  • Good communication and participant-facing service skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and calm approach, especially when managing high volumes of participants.
  • Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends and event days.
  • Based in the UAE or open to working in Abu Dhabi, depending on role requirements.
